The Beach

                                                                  The Beach --

One of the most beautiful feelings is when you step on to a beach..Wonderness for sure..This is a picture taken from Mansion Beach on Block Island..I love the colors of the ocean here as they start out murky blueish gray and then green, blue, and dark blue with the sky creating the perfect back drop. This would make a beautiful painting. I day dream of the beach all through the summer. I have wonderful memories of growing up by the sea and I love visiting as often as possible.

No Excuse Goodbye 2014

I have no excuse for not writing sooner. Upon returning from New Orleans, Birmingham and Atlanta, the holiday season started to kick in. I think November 15th is probably when all of the decorations and gift giving encouragement starts.

But for me, personally, I have 3 birthdays and Thanksgiving to attend to before I can even begin to think about Christmas or shopping for Christmas. And I feel the worst for my husband whose birthday falls the week after Thanksgiving and 2 birthdays..

I wish I could have written everyday during that time period but it feels as if I were on some kind of spaceship being zoomed from state to state. I am happy to say it is over, 2014.

Goodbye 2014..
